Differentiator: I scope outages to projects/containers so you get 1 alert per outage. eg

DB down → Issue_1(DB)
API down → Issue_1(DB, API); grouped, not a separate alert
Resolves only when all services are healthy
There's no feature gating, all the features inside paid plans are available in free tier. Free plan just has shorter history retention, and less checks.
