p99 latency at 100k processes: 3.9ms.
Throughput: **296,051 TPS** on consumer-grade hardware.
100% Determinism: Absence of garbage collection pauses or system interrupts.
Status and Planning:
The project is transitioning to the registration phase as a Delaware C-Corp (USA).
