Dextr – Deterministic 100k Process Scheduler (Rust, No_std)

A control kernel for high-load systems has been developed to resolve the jitter problem inherent in standard operating systems.

The Problem: Standard schedulers (Linux CFS, Windows) lose stability and exhibit high p99 latency when handling 100,000+ simultaneous processes.

The Solution: DEXTR is a closed-loop control system built in *Rust* using *no\_std* configuration. Heap allocation (zero heap) is completely excluded from the control loop.

Server Branch Results:

  p99 latency at 100k processes: 3.9ms.
Throughput: **296,051 TPS** on consumer-grade hardware.
100% Determinism: Absence of garbage collection pauses or system interrupts.
Status and Planning: The project is transitioning to the registration phase as a Delaware C-Corp (USA).

A pre-sale of 1% tokenized equity is planned based on a company valuation of $20,000,000.
  Base share price: $10.00.
  25% early-bird discount: $7.50 per share (pre-registration only).
Post-Registration Roadmap: Upon completion of the Delaware registration, a phased offering of *20% of the company's shares* will be implemented. These subsequent rounds will be conducted at the full valuation price without the initial early-bird discount.

Feedback: We would be grateful for your feedback and comments regarding the opening of early pre-sales. To help us systematize your thoughts and incorporate your suggestions into our strategic planning, please leave your messages in the feedback section of our official website or via our Telegram channel. This will ensure we don't miss a single important contact.
