All query and handshake messages from unidentified (non-mesh) entities are silently dropped to prevent network probing. All nodes are hidden behind Tor, and for this reason a self-healing procedure pulses every 45 seconds to test if the nodes are still ON.

Transport: TCP + Custom SOCKS5 Tor Transport.
Security: Noise Protocol (AES-GCM/ChaChaPoly) for standard link encryption + Ed25519 for application-layer authorization.
