I am currently using cursor cloud to open branches and work on them and then use coolify for preview deployments. But I wonder if there is an existing open source project that does this natively with better ux ?

We are building an ecosystem to do just that (coding agent + git integration + testing + deployment, together with other capabilities: https://github.com/acrotron/aye-chat) but it's early in the process. And it's terminal-based, so not sure if would satisfy what you are looking for.
