I have been on the platform for years and mainly used HN for tracking startups but, never posted. Hope this resonates with anyone out there thats been struggling finding a new job.
After over a decade of tech recruiting in big tech and seeing the rise in layoffs and the rise AI in hiring, its become impossible to become noticed in a sea of applicants. Linekdin imo has become a professional facebook where followers are all that matters and the genuine human connection is dissapearing.
Over the last few months, I have started the journey to build an intitial platform to continue the Company - Candidate engagement and to gain verified feedback. It's the first MVP but,I appreciate any insights.
The Product: The tech interview process produces almost no useful signal for candidates. Rejections arrive as form emails or silence. Skills go unvalidated. Growth stalls. Loopback sends a structured feedback request to the recruiter on the candidate's behalf — building a verified Live Resume backed by real interview data over time. Free for candidates. Would love honest feedback from anyone who's been through the process recently.
Im not trying to fix hiring but more so fix accountability... in addition to driving structured feedback to improve career growth.
