Haven't read the page, but working with agents is like playing a visual novel game, but with random delays and slowdowns added. You just, wait, consume and do a choice. It's a passive activity. It also has gambling elements, because what happens next is random, and nobody really knows what the result will be, this often makes people spend way more time then planned/expected with agents when things don't work immediately magically.
