I’m not sure “dead” is the right word. The part shortages are a result of frenzied buying for the AI bubble. At some point the bubble will pop, or manufacturers will increase capacity to meet demand. This to say that it’s a temporary problem, not a permanent death.

Not quite. Nirav Patel, the Framework founder, said there was a possible future scenario where it might be dead.
