The reason we built this is that data loss at the hardware level is a different problem than logical corruption. When a drive head crashes or NAND chips degrade, you need a lab, not software. We found there was real demand in the UAE for that kind of work done locally and quickly.
The work happens in a clean room. We support RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 50, and 60 rebuilds, server recovery, virtual machine recovery, and monolith flash chip work. Customers pay only if we successfully recover their data.
The hardest cases tend to be RAID 5 arrays with multiple failed drives and no documentation of the original configuration.
