Observability for quantum SDK workflows (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)

We built QObserva after running into issues tracking experiments across quantum SDK(Qiskit, Cirq, etc.).

Things like backend, parameters, and results often end up scattered across notebooks or logs, making it hard to compare runs over time.

This is an early version focused on capturing run-level metadata and making experiments easier to track and compare.

Would really appreciate feedback from anyone working with quantum SDKs or similar experimental workflows.
