Put simply, it is completely anonymous: users cannot be tracked. Third, the app works on any device – phone, tablet, computer, you name it. And, finally, it is fully open source – everyone can check the code.

Pity that the phones, tablets and major OSes are basically owned by foreign powers.
It's also a lie that it's completely anonymous - you are given a pseudonym per domain and websites can easily track you through it even without an account. It's a surveillance instrument and everyone should stay far away from it.
