Ask HN: Why no insurance is fully transparent about how they handle each case?

I was thinking maybe it's possible to make an insurance on the Blockchain where an LLM is the oracle and people can see how cases are handled

"Blockchain" isn't a magic word. Nor does it insure privacy. The implementation details would be complex if not impossible.

Also, insurance companies don't want transparency, ostensibly to prevent fraud, more likely to hide their own.
