Hey HN — I built PulsorUp, an uptime monitoring tool focused on reducing false alerts.

I noticed most tools alert too aggressively, so I implemented retry logic (multiple checks before confirming downtime), which helps reduce noise and alert fatigue.

Still early, would love feedback — especially from people running APIs or side projects.
