Oh man, let's hope I am not next to that person's car when their tires get bald and fail. Or when their brakes fail when the pads wear down. And that it's not the problem that their brake or reverse lights don't work anymore.

I am pretty happy my state has mandatory car inspections. I don't care what people do to their bodies, but unmaintained cars are dangerous to everyone.
