I haven't had luck finding the source complaint, but according to NYT [0] it was filed Tuesday with the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of California, so someone with PACER access might be able to get it.

Barron Trump, now 20 years of age, is one of the co-founders. I assume this means he will get founder reverance. I also note that the two Trump daughters were either cut out of the lucrative crypto trade, or had the good sense to stay away from an ethically dubious operation.
