First, thank you in advance for your answer or advice. I love reading all the great content on HN but rarely post. However today I am frustrated. We have business-critical software we rely on that is completely hosed right now due to a Google Apps Script bug. The issue tracker shows UrlFetchApp randomly throwing bandwidth quota exceeded errors for extremely small payloads well under any limits. That's our issue. Now, I see it is also sending cascading Drive service errors. The issue started last week but spiked this morning, with user logs showing errors jumping from roughly 13,000 on Friday to over 100,000 today. Clearly a large issue. There has been zero response from Google on the tracker or our support tickets. This helpless feeling…and now to my actual question:
Does anyone know the best way to get a Google engineer's attention when standard channels go dark? Thank you.
