> (2) the altered or generated image or video is so realistic that a reasonable person would believe that the intimate part belongs to the identifiable individual.

These seem a little bit too targeted on intimate parts so would still allow sexification of minors as long as intimate parts are not displayed. Also, I'm unsure whether breasts are counted as intimate parts.
