Not disagreeing particularly with the thesis, but also, this long essay is littered with so many "not (just) X, but Y", that I suspected AI writing.

Doesn't help that the point seems not very novel, and this is a blog of an investment firm, not a research article or pop-sci.

Regardless of the AI writing issue, I couldn't get my rewired brain to finish this article.

Good points, but low signal to noise ratio.

Took a turn to read a bit about Goggins instead, because why not!
