Show HN: Jobs – A transparent job stack where companies pay to rank

Hi HN,

I built 100 Jobs over the last ~24 hours. I’ve been super frustrated with the job boards/LinkedIn. Companies collect hundreds of resumes with zero intention of actually hiring and absolutely no transparency.

The logic: There are exactly 100 spots. No algorithms, no AI. Companies is pay to rank appear on the stack, highest payers are at the top, if your listing is pushed to position #101, it disappears forever. Everyone can see exactly how much the poster paid for their listing. Each post gets a few characters, a background, a logo, and a link. No fluff.

The Tech: Next.js, MongoDB, Vercel Blob Storage, Stripe.

I don't have a huge social following to drive engagement or seed the initial listings, so here’s the deal: I made a coupon code so you can test the submission flow. Use the code FREEPOST1. It takes $1 off, so if you set your bid to $1, your total drops to $0. You still go through the Stripe checkout, but it is completely free.

I'd really appreciate your support and I'm open to any feedback.
