Anthropic warns against secondary platforms offering access to its shares

Apparently Anthropic updated terms to void share transfers through SPVs and other means:

https://x.com/BrianNorgard/status/2053859719526379976

IMO it should be illegal for companies to restrict share transfers. Why shouldn’t people be able to sell their ownership freely? Employees are hurt by these draconian policies.

> Why shouldn’t people be able to sell their ownership freely?

Some of these groups were allegedly selling shares they didn’t own. (Some of them are crypto scams.)
