Dictation got good and agents started doing the production work, all at roughly the same time. The desk-bound office was built for typing and paper. The work I am actually doing now is verbal, directional, and depleting in a different way. I am starting to think the office is something else now. Here is what I am noticing and would really appreciate thoughts to refine this idea.
