Problem with Contract Analysis AI

1•rohisinh•47m ago
Hi,

I been recently working on contract analysis, and was using few tools like claude, spellout, etc. Honestly they are useful but not transparent. I mean to say like , when I was trying with claude and gave prompt to identify all risks, it did but it barely give me exact corpse of text on which it saying the clause is risky. On first read, the logical analysis make sense, but eventually , I have to read those all part myself to be sure in first place, that logical analysis and findings are really true. Honestly all findings weren't perfect and I felt some logical leap happening. But overall it did a descent job. Although now I felt that , I was reviewing AI work, and for some reason it was hard than reviewing a juinior legal assistant work. Have you guys also felt this ?

I built an Android-like OS that runs in the browser
