Why am I shadowbanned on my other account after just a couple of comments and no submissions? My home static IP is banned from creating accounts for no reason. What is wrong with you people? You f over new accounts left and right.

It looks like you've been breaking the site guidelines repeatedly and egregiously. When users create entire series of accounts to do that with, we tend to shadowban them. This is an obvious anti-abuse measure.
If you don't want to be banned on HN, your best bet would be to review https://news.ycombinator.com/newsguidelines.html and stick to the rules. That includes not posting flamebait and/or unsubstantive comments, and not creating new accounts routinely.
