Agent per Human Notarization Protocol

Google's A2A and AP2 are missing a critical protocol. APH (Agent Per Human) notarization allows agent gates to be signed by a human and publicly verifiable via the same principles as email servers/TSL while expanding the principles of A2A and AP2 to the "pre-sale" tasks.

APH handles in advance most situations where we would normally use Human In the Loop (HIL), allowing it to act with authority on requests like:

Medical: "Double check my hospital bill against my medical record and negotiate erroneous items and make a deal for lower monthly payments".

Real-estate: "Negotiate the closing costs based on the results of the property inspection. We won't pay more 2% above market or more than $200K for the property."

Retail: "List my garage sale items on Facebook marketplace and allow negotiating up to 15% of the price."

There are so many manual tasks and places that can be automated by using APH instead of @keyboard or Human In the Loop.

I am currently using this draft of APH for internal Agents, and it's time to start the public debate on it.
