Show HN: I built my own solution to manage clients because it's got too messy

https://relysta.com

Hello HN,

My name is Preet Suthar and I’ve been freelancing for the past five years. Working with multiple clients each month quickly becomes a challenge when keeping track of everything. When clients requested increased workloads, I struggled to manage tasks, documents and knowledge effectively. This also caused problems for clients who were trying to manage five different platforms for communication, documents, knowledge bases and project management.

We eventually developed our own internal solution: a simple client portal. This portal allows us to communicate securely, store documents, manage projects and access company knowledge. Our clients have loved this solution, and people often ask me about my process and how we use our internal tool. When I mention it, they seem very interested.

I realised that this solution could be beneficial for other people too, such as company founders, agency owners and SaaS builders. So, I polished our internal tool, renamed it “Relysta” and launched it this month. It’s been quite successful, and people are actually enjoying the product.

I’d love to hear your thoughts and advice on this.

Thanks, Preet

Peppermint came to mind while reading this. I'm curious which use cases you think Relysta handles better, and where the products differ most.
