We started making Tixio as a simple bookmark manager. Then we brought wiki. Users kept rising along with its popularity. Our team grown over time. And one day we realized how we've been spending fortune on different productivity tools for team coordination, still not getting enough of it. That's when we decided to build Tixio as a collaborative workspace that can replace all 5 tools we've been spending on - project manager, chat, whiteboard, HR and CRM.
Tixio is a workspace where all of that coexists. You get kanban boards, roadmaps, threaded chat, wikis, a whiteboard canvas, and optional CRM and HR modules. Teams create a workspace, invite members, and everything shares one permission system and one search.
On the technical side, real-time collaboration across the canvas and projects was the hardest piece to get right, especially keeping state consistent on mobile. And recently we added meetings, because that was, what we believe was the only thing missing.
It runs on web, desktop (Mac/Windows), and mobile (iOS/Android). Still a lot to improve - would genuinely appreciate your honest take.
