Show HN: I revived Scoragora, a World Cup prediction game

https://scoragora.com/
1•joyinsky•1h ago
In 2014, Scoragora was a free, ad-free prediction game for the Brazil World Cup. I found the old HN post and revived the idea out of nostalgia.

Scoragora is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

It includes a free 2026 World Cup calendar you can add to Google Calendar / Apple Calendar, with local kickoff times and updates as teams and results are confirmed.

If you want to play, you can also create private prediction leagues with friends, family, or coworkers: predict scores, group qualifiers, semifinalists, finalists, and champion. Scoring and rankings are automatic.

No betting, no ads, no affiliation with FIFA. Just a nostalgic football pool for fun.

Original Scoragora: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=7873348 https://x.com/scoragora

I loved the original game, and the 2022 World Cup in Qatar wasn’t as fun for me because Scoragora wasn’t around.

All feedback is welcome: https://scoragora.com
