That's about right. The majority of people are on phones. If I block mobile on any of my servers then I mostly just get bots. If I block bots and mobile I get maybe a handful of visitors in a week. I saw the transition from mostly desktop to mostly cellular from 2009 to 2012. By then a majority of visitors to my hobby sites were on phones. There appears to be about a dozen regulars on HN using a workstation or laptop. There could be more but they might be at work being interrupted by work.
