Hi, I created this for myself. Cause AI is exhausting. AI agents like Claude Code, Codex have made my work desktop as addicting as a social media feed. Always something going on, always something that needs my attention, or just showing off what it just did. It is great, it is exhausting, draining, nerve wrecking. And it is hard to take a break.
This simple app blocks your computer for x minutes. You can not get out of this small break other than shutting down the computer (ok, or maybe ssh into it an kill the process.) Or you just take a break for the 1, 2, 3 ... minutes.
