I like Firefox edge spams your face with thousands of adds tho the web developer tools on edge are nice.

I use Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on my laptop with Ubuntu (16 GB RAM) and see no major difference in memory eating. But with Chrome and Edge I have support of newest web APIs rather with Firefox and Safari don't. I'd used Firefox as my main browser before but once moved to Edge (Chromium) because some sites I used stopped opening and working in Firefox.

Dev tools are good as in Chrome as well in Firefox I think.
