Hi HN. I built Founder Trail, a startup survival sim in the shape of Oregon Trail. You paste your company's URL (or describe an idea), pick a difficulty, and play ~16 turns trying not to die. Every run is generated fresh by an LLM, so the dilemmas, the cofounder drama, and the specific way you go bankrupt are different every time. Death is permanent.
