We are building Cy, an AI coworker that runs inside Slack. Cy works like any teammate in slack. Except he is really good and always on. @Cy and he will do anything from simple research tasks to complete workflows like outbound, ad operations, analytics deep dives and suggestions, hiring and much more.
This is giving everyone on the team access to a super capable agent without dealing with CLI complexities and security issues. As it's a team agent it also keeps context accross different functions and threads and can ensure everyone is aligned. Connections, skills and routines are all observable and we tuned Cy to be super smooth in creating and editing them.
We have been using Cy internally at Neon Blue for sales, engineering support, growth analysis, experiment reporting, outbound ops, research, content, and small internal apps. It's completely changed how we work so thought we would share it with everyone here.
