AI Agents for Contractors

Been building dolfyn for the past year.

Started with the missed call and overflow handling for a friend then we noticed this can be applied to most trades.

Then we noticed most tools stop at answering the call and felt like we could do more.

The part we're focusing on is more about is what happens after. The agent connects into whatever the client is actually running; CRM, scheduling software, lead tracker, dispatch system. One client has it feeding directly into their own lead tracker via API. Another has it triggering their dispatch workflow automatically. Depends what they need.

The call gets answered, the right things happen, nobody has to touch it. Still early and we're looking for more ways to go beyond call answering.

Happy to talk through the voice AI side or the integration work if anyone's curious.
