I'm also a fan of software that's done, or completed. Software doesn't have to constantly update and add useless bullshit. Most of the time, less is more. I also really dislike SPAs, and prefer fast-loading HTML based web apps (with HTMX now).
When I first used Trello, I became a fan instantly. It just had that quality that you get with some software where you actually like using it. Here's what I want to build next (in my free time, so no commitments): an open-source, free Trello clone that's feature-complete, and also a joy to use with good UX.
No AI, no React, no SPA bullshit, no stupid pricing, no stupid feature creep, just the basics executed with skill.
