If LLM's are a file full of weights, does that mean somewhere out there lies a tiny SD card of an entire frontier model?

What would you do if you found mythos laying on the ground?

Obviously that's only half the puzzle, but how much would this SD card be worth?

Could you simply copy paste it to 100's of other microSD cards and each one still be worth the same?

Would it be considered a nuke in the wrong hands?
