Released an update to the BQ emulator! Since Google does NOT have a BQ emulator and the existing one that is available had a lot of gaps which limited local testing or CI test without having to connect to actual BQ. That is why we released this BQ emulator it has the highest parity with real BQ with the few gaps documented, but they are also items you wouldn't likely be testing locally or in CI anyways. Would love to see the community give some feedback!
