The head of government backed the board’s proposal to develop a solution that will enable AI to act on behalf of people, companies or organisations within clearly defined limits and in a manner that is both verifiable and auditable."

A blueprint?

I think this is a reasonable approach especially on the traceability and thus accountability side. I think if this is successful within Estonia, global buy-in would be next.
