A 30 Year OG Application Developer Available

That link is the #1 Architectural Interior Design software used by the top firms in the world. What you are looking at is the result of pure architectural discipline. To handle massive global budgets, complex subcontractor workflows, and real-time synchronization with massive enterprise CAD suites, I engineered a closed-loop, self-aware data object model. The data objects carry their own application logic and database schemas. It is a zero-exception, self-contained architecture that eliminates the need for lazy, nested error handling. It runs perfectly because it mathematically cannot run corruptly. It has a bidirectional interface to Revit, the same software Boeing used to design their jets.

I bring 30+ years of deep engineering experience across both Microsoft and Linux stacks. I am a SQL/relational database expert, a masterful architect of rugged backend APIs, and highly experienced in deep enterprise integrations.

I am out of the large-scale corporate grind and shifting my focus to software startup focusing one helping small professional teams — law firms, medical clinics, boutique labs, and specialized engineering shops—who are completely drowning in messy workflows or failing, bloated legacy databases.

My philosophy is straightforward: I build lightweight, hyper-efficient, and secure Line of Business (LOB) applications. I prioritize rock-solid data architecture, extreme performance, and zero-exception, long-lasting tools over modern, over-engineered framework bloat. Because I bypass corporate committee meetings, bureaucratic safety nets, and academic theory, I deliver rapid, bulletproof development that acts like an appliance—it just works, and it keeps working for decades (I still maintain a high-volume Atlanta law firm app I originally built in 1999).

No nonsense, no bloat, no hype. Solid solutions from the inventor of the Single Page Application (SPA), the SmartClient, and developer of the first commercial UDDI client for the $400 billion dollar concern known as the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

I have a fat resume full of projects. Hit me up for serious business applications, APIs, and AI integration. Electronic systems design also (GPIO on Python) and IoT design.

Thank you for you time and consideration.
