Worlds best online scheduling software

Built for Business, using practical experience Humanz began in 2019 out of a simple frustration: managing people in fast-paced, heavily regulated industries was far harder than it needed to be. Rosters lived in spreadsheets, compliance lived in filing cabinets, and coordinators lived on the phone.

Our experiences in consulting, contracting and heavy industry meant that we felt that complexity first-hand. We set out to bring it all into one place, a single platform to connect with your team, whether employees or contractors, seamlessly, efficiently and transparently.

Whilst it started with an ambition to build the world's best online scheduler and booking tool, it grew into a complete workforce platform which spans many complex features.

Built by operators, for operators. Humanz comes from people who have lived the complexity of managing people, assets and operations first-hand — so everything we build works toward what matters most to the businesses we serve.

Every business is different. This map is a guide, not a fixed timeline — it's shaped around each client's requirements. The weeks shown don't mean Humanz is working on your rollout continuously for 11 weeks. Instead, we support you throughout the process and complete each key activity in line with when your business is ready to take the next step — so the pace always suits you.
