Show HN: Clone. Swap your products in any viral reel

https://quinn.live/clone/

We're an agency building video ads for e-commerce brands for the past one year - using traditional node based workflows.

As we scaled our customer base, we realised that: 1. to come up with creative ideas for an average Joe is very difficult 2. to create a video ad by first generating the storyboard, and then animating each of these images is super super painful and time consuming - because text/image to video doesn't always produce what you have in mind creatively (and the more complex your video, the more this amplifies). 3. even if you do the above correctly, 80% of your ads would just not perform in terms of delivering the return on ad spend. 20% would perform 20-30% better than the brand's baseline.

One common theme we realised was that customers we had in fashion, footwear, and accessories - they gave us reference videos to take inspiration from. They asked - hey, could we copy the hook, could we copy the story, etc.

We then built a system on top of seedance2.0, which allows you to clone any fashion video, and swap in your garments in the same.

We do believe that cloning something (which is already viral) has a much higher probability of providing a better result on ad spend, as compared to a human building an AI first video from scratch.

Our first paying fashion brand had a baseline ROAS of 3x. He first created 8 ads on our platform, and got a ROAS of 10.3x on one ad - which he then replicated for all of his top sellers.

Would love some feedback!
