I tried to build a post scheduler but meta app review messed it up

1•anirudh_parmar•1h ago
I wanted to build something to help me post to different platforms, and I created the product. But yesterday, before launching it, I realized that right now, I'm currently in development mode for the authentication from Meta and for other people to use it, I need to publish the app. But While trying to publish the app, it asked me to verify my business, but I don't have a business and there were no options besides if you're a registered company/ corporate / sole proprietor etc all that legal info. And that made me realize that nobody besides me can use it because I'm the only one who has to add beta testers. and I have to do it manually, which means, you know, other people would not be able to use my app. And that was how meta messed it up for me. So i did what any other developer would do i made it open source and self hostable with docker where anyone can run it up for themselves with their env's. if you would like to check it out: https://github.com/anirudhprmar/post-mate
