is there like a unfathomable amount of people immune to the ad cancer of this website? how do they have enough traffic to justify this? may they succumb to AI summarizing their site so people do not have to visit it.

It's a worrying sign nonetheless- even part of the fault near a developed area the next couple of years, I doubt it has to be the big one to cause large financial losses, even if no lives are lost.
