INAL but how can Apple win and Google lose this case and they not affect each other. To my mind Apple is worse than Google in the context of monopolies. I currently have 3 app stores on my android device. I have an app (currently) that runs on android that I've not paid Google any commision on. Can't do that with iOS.

I'm not defending Google btw. I'm not even shocked about the contradictory outcomes. Apple just seems to be able to get away with things other companies can't.
