Maybe I’m not in the groups if people who overuse the word stochastic terrorism, but I can never find myself completely against the idea, since there’s a nonprofit that set up with the explicit purpose of helping parents whose children were killed in a school shooting prepare for the death threats they would get from listeners of Alex Jones.

Also, and maybe I need to reread my history, wasn’t the Rwandan Genocide somewhat the result of stochastic genocide? At least an inciting factor.
