Yeah sure, that why

> President Donald Trump’s proposed fiscal year (FY) 2027 budget includes a $707 million cut across programs within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), which is responsible for securing U.S. digital and critical infrastructure against cyber and physical threats. CISA is part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

I don't even know what's left to say. This administration's actions are going to sow so much distrust in the US as a leader in innovation that I don't see how it can recoup its losses. We heard for decades about China being the leader in tech but it never seemed to take hold, but now it feels as if we're deliberately handing them the torch and telling the world not to trust us anymore. It's pathetic and despicable. All I can see is US tech jobs suffering in the foreseeable future as we lose out to Chinese innovations.
