Tearing up working agreements for petty reasons and later attacking during negotiations for a replacement agreement is certainly stupid but hardly terrorism.

I've already alluded to the US withdrawal from the Iran / P5+1 JCPOA in 2018.
Should I go back as far as the Anglo-Persian Oil Company in 1909, or further back to the 5th millennium BC ?
