I question this. Many of these were stating that something was true, but they weren't actually measuring cardiac vascular disease. They were measuring various markers, which may or may not result in the actual cardiac disease.

Also there wasn't a single chart or other indication of where things compare. Is it the case that more than 5 becomes a real problem, 3 to 5 is only minor and 0 is better? Or is the case that 3 to 5 is better than 0? We don't know. considering most people in the US consume coffee every day I suspect there were no comparisons or even data on people who drink zero and so we don't know if zero is better or not we just know that three to five is better than, say, 10. But I'm making a lot of the numbers up above because the data isn't in any this article and I do not know.
