Hey there I'm a video editor for Youtube creators, have been for over 10 years now. A lot of times I have to get comments for the videos that I'm working on, and it was really no easy and convenient way to do it.

I didn't want to keep node screenshotting in the Chrome devTools just to get the comments, and sometimes my clients also wanted to get comments, and I'm sure they would appreciate a polished tool to do so.

At the time, there was only one extension that claimed to screenshot YouTube comments, but it was not very good, to be honest, nor very polished. So, I built my own because of my background in software development and thought I would share it here because Reddit said this would be a good place to do so. Hope this is useful to anyone or can be shared to maybe other editors or content creators? If your usage is pretty minimal than the basic functions are free for life. But if you need more screenshots a day or want to screenshot threads of comments then $5 gets you the extension for life.
