It looks OK, font isn't the nicest or easiest to read due to tiny size. But worst of all... Please don't have people fill out a form then just throw up a login screen, it does nothing but annoy.

Maybe it would be a good idea to add themed SVG images or emojis so that when selecting a “Mood” or other options, you wouldn't have to read through every single option in full.

The heading start with a conversation mood "So, what are we doing?", but the huge form looses that warmth. So I prpose to convert it to a "multi-step" form where you asks questions in a friendly manner provide a nice engaging experience to the users. This could also give you opportunity to fine-tune filters (skip/expand) as user fills the form.

Just to be clear, am not suggesting a conversational agent here.
