- Simply a timeline of events/facts - Events are natural language, with fuzzy dates - Simple Apple Health insight extraction - Export as prompt - Local first, no account required

The thinking is that, for most health queries to AI I want my personal health context to be part of the input. And don't want to rewrite every time.
