TL;DR: Illume is a 24/7 AI personal health companion that connects your wearables, nutrition, workouts, and lab results to give you personalized, actionable insights over text. Join our private beta waitlist: www.illumelabs.ai.

We’ve been building Illume, a personalized health companion you can text anytime, anywhere.

Today, we’re tracking more about our bodies than ever before - our nutrition, sleep, workouts, and even biomarkers. But, these signals are scattered across apps, wearables, dashboards, and lab reports, and people struggle to piece together meaningful, proactive insights.

Inspired by this, Illume creates one home for your health and gives you a personal health companion you can text. You can connect your wearables, bloodwork, nutrition, workouts, which we fuse together. Then, you can text our agent any questions to get personalized, proactive insights.

Today, you can: Connect your wearable and automatically sync sleep, activity, and recovery data Text Illume photos of your meals to log and understand your nutrition Record workouts and track your training Upload bloodwork and lab results Ask questions about your health using the context of your own data Receive proactive insights about what changed, what it might mean, and what to do next

For example, you can ask: “Why am I so exhausted today? Make me a dashboard of all the relevant metrics!” “How has eating late affected my sleep?” “Am I recovering well enough to train? Run a regression!” “What should I focus on before my next blood test?”

Here's our launch video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsfFOzB0Nho

Here’s how it works: https://youtu.be/96EkUC6eoHY

We’d love for you to try it and provide insights on what features and aspects are most interesting! We have a early access waitlist from which we’re inviting private beta users: illumelabs.ai

This is a promising concept, however personal health and biomarker data are extraordinarily sensitive. Data privacy and security—specifically the encryption, storage and use of user data for model training—must be a top priority.

The concept is sound but if the privacy protection problem has not been addressed it should be the primary focus.

So much context gets lost day to day that’s it’s hard to figure out what I did or how my health is at any given time. Interested in seeing the product grow

I'm so tired of constantly dumping my oura ring data into claude all the time so i'm excited to see illume make sense of the data for me! really promising problem space
